The Jump Start Leadership Coaching Program is individualized, one-on-one coaching designed to help individual managers go from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to grounded and energized in order to lead every team encounter with clarity and confidence. It can also be an add-on to existing leadership development programs to take that training to the next level and support managers to directly apply and integrate their learning.

I'm your partner and guide through the coaching process, bringing the tools for your situation, accountability practice, and trust building along the way to help you lead your team to work better together and get more good work done!

This if for you if,

• You’re feeling stuck and want to uncover what you want and need, what’s really going on, and what’s holding you back.
• You’re currently in leadership development training and want to apply it to your unique path.

• You’re experiencing moderate to severe emotional or psychological distress (a good therapist can help with that).
